At HCMCF, our 24-hour skilled care is built on a foundation of compassion, expertise, and a full spectrum of professional services designed to support every aspect of our residents’ well-being.
With licensed nursing care available 24/7/365—including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs—you can count on experienced hands and warm hearts around the clock. Residents also benefit from a wide range of onsite services, including physical, occupational, speech, and recreational therapies, as well as memory care support tailored to individual needs.
We offer comprehensive health resources like dental, optometry, podiatry, and pharmacy services, along with personalized nutrition planning from a registered dietitian. Social behavioral health services provide added support for residents and families alike.
Ali A. Khan, MD
Co-Medical Director
Dr. Kahn serves as HCMCF’s Co-Medical Director, bringing more than 35 years of experience in internal medicine to the role. A graduate of Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India, Dr. Kahn has dedicated his career to providing compassionate, expert care. Based in Pigeon, MI, he plays a vital role in overseeing the medical care and well-being of residents at Huron County Medical Care Facility.
Richard E. Lockard, MD
Co-Medical Director
Dr. Richard Lockard serves as HCMCF’s Co-Medical Director as well, bringing over four decades of experience in family medicine. A graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School, Dr. Lockard is also affiliated with Huron Medical Center and has been a trusted provider in the community for many years. His dedication to patient-centered care supports the health and quality of life of residents at Huron County Medical Care Facility.
